Holly Cassin from Christchurch is the latest member of the 40.2 crew.
Yesterday she became the newest member of this special club by completing her Lake Taupo swim crossing in 15 hours and 51 minutes.
She had a tough day out there with a northerly breeze kicking up on her south to north crossing. She battled hard through everything with a smile on her face the whole time (so I hear from the support crew) – and although I couldn’t hear what she said on that video as she exited the water at the beach in Taupo, I’m pretty sure she was damn happy it was all over.
Congratulations Holly on achieving this massive goal 🙂
